  2. Corporate Discount Scheme & Quantity Discounts:  
   
 
   

A. Quantity Discount
By enrolling three (3) or more participants to the same course, you will be entitled to a 10% discount off the regular course fees.
By enrolling five (5) or more participants to the same course, you will be entitled to a 15% discount off the regular course fees.
By enrolling ten (10) or more participants to the same course, you will be entitled to a 20% discount off the regular course fees.

B. Corporate Discount
All corporate clients are welcomed to establish a Corporate Account with us. For all successfully registered Corporate Accounts, each will receive an additional 5% discount off the net invoiced amount for the next twelve (12) months. Corporate discount cannot be used in conjunction with Quantity Discounts.
The Corporate Account Status will be automatically renewed if the total number of invoiced and materialised enrolments for the previous twelve (12) months is thirty (30) or more.
Should the number be less than thirty (30), the 5% discount will be temporarily suspended until the total reaches thirty (30) at a later date, at which time the 5% discount will be invoked again, and the cycle will be repeated as aforedescribed.

  3. Payment and Confirmation:    
       
   
  1. Seminar fees cover full set of course materials, lunches and refreshments. Seminar fees payable in advance.
  2. For enrolment by email, please provide all information per the standard Enrolment Form on this page on this page.
  3. For enrolment by fax, mail or email, CEL will issue an acknowledgement fax or email to the Authorized Person the Next day from receipt of the enrolment.
  4. Enrolments received by fax, mail or email on or before early bird date will be entitled to the early bird rate
  5. Joining instructions for confirmed registrations will be sent to the Authorized Person about two (2) weeks before the seminar.
 
       
     
       
  4. Cancellation and Substitution Policy:  
       
   
  1. There is no cancellation charge for cancellations made on or before the cancellation deadline.
  2. Registrant(s) who fail to attend, or who cancel(s) after the cancellation deadlines are liable for the entire fee.
  3. All Cancellations should be notified in writing.
  4. Enrolments received AFTER the cancellation deadline are subject to the same cancellation deadline.
  5. Registrants may send substitutions in their place anythime. However, substitutions are not allowed once a seminar has commenced.
 
       
     
       
  5. Attendance Certificate:  
       
   
A Certificate of Completion will be given to each delegate who have attended more than 70% of the enrolled course(s).
