			was formed in 1984 to provide quality advanced Information Technology training to the IT sector in Hong Kong. We have since diversified and expanded the spectrum of our services to include Managements Skills, Personal Effectiveness and financial training for working professionals from all disciplines. 		CEL Public courses are primarly conducted at function rooms in reputable hotels at prime locations. Courses requiring access to Internet/PCs/Networks are conducted at well-equipped PC training centres.
